I’m looking for 18in rims for a 2010 Audi Q7. I found some on AutoRimShop.com but is it reputable? I’d like a genuine Audi part.

Just the rims or do you need the whole wheels?

You’ll have to google each part number to actually see which one it is, though, I have no idea why they don’t have pictures. I’ve bought stuff from there before, though. They’re really good for VAG stuff. Googling the part number should also bring up more purchasing options.
